We are ready for our first OPEN HYROX.
An open workshop/event designed for everyone: both for those who already train and for those who are simply curious to discover the HYROX world with no pressure.
During the event, a HYROX coach and trainer will explain the race format, how to approach each station, and how to properly train for this kind of workout.
It will not be a competition, and you don’t need to be highly trained to take part.
The goal is to experience it, train together, and try a new sport in a positive and inclusive environment.
